Error 31 while opening the WinSyslog manual?

While opening teh WInSyslog manual from the Client menu, you get the
error 31 as shown in the screenshot below:
Because the WinSyslog manual is in the common PDF format, you will
have to install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader. To solve the problem, go to the
Adobe Website and download the latest Adobe Acrobate Reader (Click
here).
