Why do I get the Error 120 when winsyslg.exe -i is launching?

The WinSylog Service can only be installed on Windows NT / 2000.
The WinSyslog Service is implemeted as a true Win32 service. Windows 9x for example
does not support Windows NT Services.

Because of this, the WinSyslog Client disables the
File/Install Service / File/Uninstall Service Menu.
In this case, you can use Realtime Logging (WinSyslog Client) which is available on Windows 9x.
