I receive an setup error 1931 on Windows Whistler/XP - what to do?

WinSyslog 3.3 and above install a copy of the Microsoft XML parser.
That copy can not be used with the beta versions of Windows XP (Whistler) we
tested on. However, WinSyslog does function without any problems with the system
default XML parser. So what is the solution to this problem - simply ignore it!
