System Requirements
Requirements depend on whether the Configuration Client is installed or only the WinSyslog service is deployed.
Configuration Client
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025
- 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer 4.x release
WinSyslog Service
The service has lower requirements than the Configuration Client and can be installed separately on service-only systems.
Actual resource requirements depend primarily on message volume and the actions performed.
