Language policy for customer requests#
This policy applies to both sales and technical support requests.
Preferred languages#
English and German are equally well supported.
Other languages#
Other languages are accepted and may be processed with AI assistance.
Japanese support context#
Japanese users can contact their reseller for Japanese-language assistance. Depending on reseller capabilities, this can include technical support.
For products with Japanese documentation builds (for example WinSyslog-J), Japanese-language help files are available.
Contact channels#
For sales and support requests, use the Customer Service System as the primary channel. Email is also accepted and creates tickets.
